Garnishes are optional

This is an easy salmon recipe that is filling with the garlic cream sauce and simple to make. Just be sure to not overlap the salmon. It cooks quickly but you need to be sure all the pieces cook through. Also, take care to not have thick lemon slices covering the salmon. If you do, increase the bake time.

A simple side for salmon is scalloped sweet potatoes. Sometimes I serve salmon for a late breakfast / brunch with air fryer hash browns

Cooking meals at home becomes easier the more you do it. Find a few dinners you can make and add them to your rotation. Then add in others. Soon you will be cooking most all of your foods from scratch.

My son has reactions to palm oil. We consider him to have a palm oil allergy and palm oil intolerance. Because of this, I cook most all of our foods at home from scratch. For sure, it’s making my family eat healthier and more whole foods overall.

I’m gluten free as well and replace the all-purpose flour with gluten free flour. I use Bob’s Red Mill 1 for 1 Gluten Free Flour.
