Ingredients
1cupbuttersoftened
1tablespoonfresh garlic, pressed with the juiceequivalent to 3 garlic cloves
¼cupparmesan cheese grated
1tablespoongarlic powder
1teaspoonfresh basilchopped
1teaspoonfresh tarragonchopped
½teaspoonwhite pepper
½teaspoonsweet paprikaor smoked
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the butter with all ingredients except the fresh garlic.
Spread the butter mixture over the bottom of the bowl, and use the garlic press to press the fresh garlic (pulp and juice) into the butter mixture. Combine.
Taste and add seasoning as desired.
To make garlic butter sauce, transfer mixture into a saucepan. Set the stove on medium heat until it warms. Use immediately.
