Ingredients

raw
unfiltered apple cider vinegar
½
cup
molasses
½
cup
soy sauce or aminos

tbsp
fresh orange juice – strain off the pulp

tbsp
brine from capers

tsp
white or natural sugar

tsp
onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
curry powder

tsp
white pepper

ground ginger
pinch
cinnamon
pinch
ground cloves
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Set stovetop to medium-high heat. Stir well as it comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the sauce mixture cool.
Pour the vegan Worcestershire sauce into a glass jar. If you want smooth liquid, strain it through a cheesecloth.
Cover with a tight lid. Refrigerate. Let it sit for up to 7 days for ingredients to meld to enhance flavors. You can use it in the meantime.
